Poppin’ into Miss Weber’s Preschool News

 

 

August will soon be over and September has begun.  15 boys and girls are learning and having fun!  We started preschool on August 30th and have been trying to get the preschool routine down.  Together we've been working hard on our letters, colors, shapes, and numbers and even learning about our weekly themes.  The children have made many fantastic art pieces for you to come check out in the halls of the church.  Many other events are about to take place as well, so please mark them on your calendar.

Sept. 6th-Labor day No School
Sept 13th-Open House 5-7pm
Sept 20th-Amigos North Fundraiser 5-8pm (a portion of the sales goes to Messiah preschool so come hungry)
Sept 23rd-Buckle safety representative coming to visit
Sept 30th-Firemen visit

We will also be having a first time ever Grandparents Day at preschool on Oct 21st.  If you are able to be an adoptive grandparent for a child whose grandparents cannot attend please let the church office know and we will let you know if you are needed.  
 
There are still 1-2 openings for a 3,4 or 5 year old so if you know of a child this age let us know.  Thanks for all your help and support! 

Please also keep it in mind that we will again be selling Eileen's cookie dough at the end of October.
